CAA Cellma Account


The UK CAA are introducing a new software system for class 1, 2 and 3 medicals on the 29th of March 2021.

You may have already received an invitation from the CAA to register for a Cellma portal account.

You can access the CAA Cellma customer portal to register by following the link below:

After the 29th of March 2021, you will no longer be able to have a class 1, 2 or 3 medical if you do not have a Cellma account. You will need to complete your medical application and CAA payment online before booking your medical with us.

Please note: Cabin Crew do not need to register for a Cellma account


COVID-19 Update

In line with the CAA and Government COVID-19 recommendations, you will find a link to the COVID-19 risk assessment form. This form must be completed to assess your risk status. Please bring the completed form with you when you come for your medical. There will also be COVID-19 restrictions in place at the examination centre. Please attend with a face mask (we can provide one if required).
